Project Overview

Working with SocialNav, Inc. and their client BMW Financial Services, we crafted an email campaign to announce their new Facebook app. We segmented the customer email list by mobile operating system (iOS, Android) to better customize the messaging and links for related information. The emails saw 30-50% open rates and 3-5% click through rates, a testimony to their engaged user base and the clean and simple messaging of the emails.
